Terms & Conditions

1. Competition runs from Tuesday 4th March – Friday 7th March 2014. 5 bottles to be won each day. Only one spin per entrant per day.
2. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees of NEP, their families or recognised partners/suppliers.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. The prize is non transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5. The prize will be subject to availability and a change of date on which the prize must be taken.
6. NEP reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
7. Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date stated within the online promotion.
8. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, NEP reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
9. Confirmation of the prize will be made via email to the winner.
10. Failure to respond and/or provide an address and other contact details or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

Accomodation Terms & Conditions

1. Entries will not be accepted after 12.00 midnight on Friday 7th March 2014.
2. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees of NEP, their families or recognised partners/suppliers.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. The prize is for a self-catering three-bedroom cottage (sleeps six) or a two-bedroom apartment (sleeps four) for a weekend at The Lily Pad, Nassington – Friday 2.00pm check-in until Sunday (late check-out).
5. Prize is subject to availability and does not include Christmas or New Year weeks. 
6. The prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
7. The winner will be responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize such as travel expenses and meals.
8. NEP reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
9. The winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county/region of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by NEP relating to any post-winning publicity.
